This professional development session will provide teachers with training on two powerful, research-based resources from 95% Group: the Phonics Lesson Library and the Literacy Intervention System (LIS). The Phonics Lesson Library supports explicit, systematic phonics instruction by offering targeted lessons that address specific skill gaps in decoding, encoding, and sound-symbol correspondence. The Literacy Intervention System offers a comprehensive approach to intervention by combining phonological awareness, phonics, word recognition, and fluency in a structured, sequential format. Teachers will learn how to use both resources effectively for small-group instruction, guided by diagnostic data and progress monitoring. This training is designed to equip educators with the tools and strategies needed to accelerate reading growth and build strong foundational literacy skills for all students. If you want to utilize 95% Phonics Lesson Library for Tier 2 support, you must attend the training.
