This session provides time for middle school ELA teachers who piloted REWARDS to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention and its implementation across classrooms. Participants will review student outcome data, share insights from their experiences, and collaboratively identify successes, challenges, and priorities for continued growth. The goal is to leave with a shared understanding of what worked, what needs refinement, and how to sustain momentum moving forward.
